The Hudson River Art movement was a mid-19th century American movement by a group of landscape painters, whose aesthetic vision was influenced by romanticism. Their paintings depict the Hudson River Valley and the surrounding area, as well as the Catskill Mountains, Adirondack Mountains, and White Mountains of New Hampshire. Hudson River School landscapes are characterized by their realistic, detailed, and sometimes idealized portrayal of nature.

Image Information
The images on the CD are in jpg format. The average image is approximately 3000 X 2200 pixels and
1.8 megabytes, some are smaller and some are larger, but this is an average.
They have been extensively photo-edited to optimize color and contrast levels, hue and saturation and to
bring out their brilliance and clarity. They can easily be printed out to a size 24" X 30" poster or print without distortion.
Receive images as a download file!
If you would rather not wait for postal delivery, you can receive these images in a download file. You can receive them as
a compressed ZIP file in which you download the ZIP file and use WinZip on your computer to extract the files. If you do not have WinZip you
can receive them as a self-extracting executable (EXE) file. In this case after you download the EXE file to your computer, just double-click
on it and then extract the images to the folder of your choice. Whether you get them as a ZIP or EXE, they contain the exact same images as the CD's.
If you request to receive them as a download file then we will send a download link otherwise they will be shipped in the mail.
